Randall Hall is also located on the St. John's College campus directly behind the ceremony site.

Cocktail "hour" is from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

A sit down dinner will be served promptly at 6:15 PM.

McDowell Hall (also known as The Great Hall) on the St. Johns' campus is within walking distance of all the hotels with room blocks. If you choose to drive, you can park anywhere on campus for free without a permit.

Please arrive to the venue by 3:45 PM. Please pick a seat, not a side. Please do not sit in the first two rows as they are reserved for the Wedding Party and Parents & Grandparents of the Bride & Groom

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.

Dress code is formal but not black tie. Ladies should wear a cocktail dress or evening gown and men should wear a suit and tie.

As a group we will proceed to the Rehearsal Dinner directly after the Rehearsal.

The Rehearsal Dinner is within walking distance of the Rehearsal (0.5 miles; approx. 10 minutes).

Dinner and Drinks will be served from 5:00 - 8:00 PM.

At 8:00 PM we welcome all wedding guests to come out and meet us as we continue to kickoff the weekend. We have the room reserved in the restaurant for the remainder of the evening.

If you are involved in the ceremony in any form (Parents & Grandparents of the Bride & Groom, Bridesmaids & Groomsmen, and Flower Girls) then your presence is requested at the rehearsal. The rehearsal will be held in McDowell Hall on the St. Johns' campus at 3:30 PM.

If you are staying at any of the recommended hotels then you can easily walk to the rehearsal. If you are driving, please feel free to park anywhere on campus you can find a spot. No parking permit is required.

Dress is semi-formal.

Directions from Route 50 Take Exit 22 (Aris T. Allen Blvd). Continue onto Forest Drive. Turn right onto Spa Rd. Veer right and continue onto Ferry Point Rd. Enter Wild Rose Shores neighborhood. Turn right onto Wild Holly Rd. Make your first left onto Sunset Rd. The Pavilion is located on the right hand side of the road.

Parking is available at the pavilion, but limited. Please park in the grassy field behind the pavilion in straight lines to allow as many cars to fit as possible. If the grassy field is full upon your arrival, please find street spaces where possible OR feel free to park in Lauren's Grandparents' driveway (455 Ferry Point Rd.); their house is a .47 mile walk from the pavilion (about 10 minutes).

Dinner will be served and includes Chevys' chips and salsa, Lauren's famous guacamole, & queso dip, build your own chicken and shrimp tacos with all the fixin's (rice, refried black beans, sauteed peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, & sour cream), fruit salad, and mixed greens salad. Drinks will include homemade sangria, margaritas, beer, water, and soft drinks.

Kids are welcome to play on the jungle gym on site.
